How do I cancel my Premium Membership?

If you have paid via Paypal or credit card, proceed as follows:

Click on the cog symbol at the top right of your profile, then on membership, then on cancel. A page opens and requires you to confirm the intention of cancelling your Premium Membership.

If you have paid on our app via Google Play or the Apple App Store, proceed as follows:

Memberships completed using the app can only be cancelled via Google Play (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS). We have no influence upon payments and refunds related to in-app purchases.

Cancellation via these methods can be executed down to the day before the membership is renewed. However, if you use the contact form to express the desire to cancel your membership, you will be obligated to adhere to a notice period of 14 days.

Once you have cancelled your Premium Membership and the validity period has expired, you remain a non-paying member and can still reply to inquiries from other members, and send messages to members you have already had contact with.
