What is a current request?

A current request from a dog owner is a text of a maximum length of 100 characters to inform potential borrowers when the owner’s dog is currently most likely to be available, or when the dog borrower’s services are required.

If the dog owner has planned a vacation and will soon need a dog-minder – he/she will submit a request. If he/she is always very busy on Tuesday evenings and the dog could use the extra exercise at that time – the request makes this known to potential companions!

If the potential dog borrower has vacation time coming up and would like something useful to do, he/she will submit a request. If he/she is always alone on Tuesday evenings and would be happy to use the time – the request lets owners know help is available!

Requests can be created and adapted by going to the bell symbol on the bottom task bar, then clicking the loudspeaker symbol on the top task bar.
