Where can I see I have received a new message?

A number appears in a red circle next to the message symbol on the bottom task bar, if indeed you have received any. The number in the circle indicates the amount of new messages.

To view your messages, click on the message symbol and then on your message chronology.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as you receive a new message, unless you have deactivated this function in your settings. Please visit the website regularly, since our e-mails may also occasionally land in your spam folder.
